We are delighted to present a night of drinks and music hosted by Grey Goose vodka.
When Francois Thibault, one of Cognac's most respected Maitre de Chais, or Cellar Masters, said he was planning to apply his skill to making a premium vodka he tells us the idea was met with laughter. Just a few years later Grey Goose had achieved global success and persists at the top of the world's best tasting vodkas.
Made from wheat from Picardy, the same that forms the base for French pastry, the spirit undergoes a five step distillation process in column stills and is filtered through Champagne limestone. The result is a smooth, buttery vodka with a long, satisfying finish.
We will be serving drinks such as the Kunlun Shan comprising of Grey Goose, Ratafia
relish, Sparkling Chinotto, Snow Chrysanthemum tea and Kampot pepper.
The evening's entertainment will be provided by the Dalston Jazz Trio whose music is inspired by Django Reinhardt alongside contemporary influences. Dalston Jazz Trio are Giovanni Cacioppo (Sicily) and Pedro Velasco (Portugal) on guitars, and Greg Gottlieb (Australia) on double bass.
