We are delighted to be hosting this truly unique dining event in partnership with Courvoisier.
Our Head Chef Gustavo has been working with Rebecca Asseline from Courvoisier to design a special, one-off menu for this event; each course carefully and imaginatively crafted to compliment perfectly a different expression of Courvoisier. During the meal Rebecca will discuss the favour profiles of each expression and pairing.
Guests will be welcomed with a classic Champagne Cocktail and amuse-bouche and treated to three delicious courses paired with Courvoisier VS, VSOP and XO.
Our menu features; Camembert tartlet w/Couvoisier soaked cherries, Couvoisier cured salmon tartare w/ quail egg & asparagus vichyssoise, Sole Veronique, Beef Rossini w/ Courvoisier cured foie gras and Roquefort & Camembert creme brulee.
Dinner is from 7pm.
After dinner there will be a live set from the splendid Benoit Viellefon trio. Live music (free for ticket holders) starts from 9pm.
