Spirited Suppers: Day of The Dead Dinner

We are excited to be hosting this unique pairing supper with Speciality Brands and agave aficionado Gaby Moncada. 

Our head chef Gustavo has been working with Gaby to create this exquisite four course meal; each course paired with an artisanal expression of agave, tequila or mezcal. The menu is a stunning combination of our Nikkei-inspired dishes with a Mexican twist. 

Guests will be treated to a Tommy's Margarita with Tapatio Blanco on arrival. There will be an amuse bouche of tomatillo verdita, a starter of either prawn, palm hart & scallop ceviche or churros w/ goat-curd & truffle agave syrup.  The main course will be a choice of duck w/ mole poblano, queso fresco & puree de camote or amarillo mole w/ cauliflower, topinambur & yucca. To finish, a delicious raw chocolate, chilli & avocado crema w/ queso crema nachos. Each of these courses will be specially paired with a different expression of agave with Gaby on hand to explain the flavours and crafting of each spirit. To finish off the evening there will be a Blood and Sand Oriole-style with Illegal Reposado. 

Tickets for the cocktails, supper and tasting are £40pp. This Spirited Supper starts from 7pm so guests are invited to arrive at least 30 minutes before. *Please note we are now SOLD OUT for this supper.

There will be FREE live music from Los Musicos from 9pm and a special menu of tequila-based cocktails all night, thanks to Speciality Drinks.
