We are excited to be hosting this unique pairing supper with Courvoisier and cognac expert Rebecca Asseline.
Our head chef Gustavo has been working with Rebecca to create this exquisite four course meal; each course paired with a premium expression of Courvoisier. The menu is a stunning combination of flavours with a luxurious French twist.
Guests will be treated to a Courvoisier champagne cocktail on arrival. There will be an amuse bouche of goat-curd macaroons and a starter of venison tartare, truffle savayone & pickle mustard seed w/ foie gras shaves. The main course will be a choice of guinea fowl & truffle Lyonaise potato w/ morel sauce with chocolate delice, hazelnut praline, Courvoisier & coffee savayone w/ ice cream to finish. There is also a delicious vegetarian option available by request.
Each of these courses will be specially paired with a different expression of cognac, with Rebecca on hand to explain the flavours and crafting of each spirit. To finish off the evening there will be a Duke Of Savoy cocktail for each guest.
Tickets for the cocktails, supper and tasting are £40pp. This Spirited Supper starts from 7pm so guests are invited to arrive at least 30 minutes before.
There will be FREE live music from Eric Ranzoni from 9pm and a special menu of cognac-based cocktails all night, thanks to Courvoisier.
