An evening with Metaxa and Explorer Laura Bingham

Ready for an adventure? Always planned to cycle across South America, but never quite got around to it? Well this special evening brought to you in collaboration with Metaxa and Laura Bingham is for you.

Created by Spyros Metaxa in Greece in 1888, Metaxa was initially compared to a cognac, later to a brandy, and is now known as the Original Greek Spirit - a one-of-a-kind amber spirit.

Iconic British explorer Laura Bingham shares the brand's sense of adventure. We’re delighted to host an evening where Laura will share stories and anecdotes from her extensive travels; from cycling all over South America to completing the first decent of the Essequibo river in Guyana by kayak.

The talk starts at 7pm (run time 40 mins), followed by a short Q&A. Tickets are £10 and guests will receive a Metaxa welcome drink and canapé on arrival. We expect this to book out very quickly, so don’t delay and book your place today!

Throughout the night, we will serve a special menu of reduced priced cocktails featuring the brand. At 9pm, thanks to the support of the brand, there will be free live music from the Yur Yesli Trio.
