Experience the Bamboo Bar

Aperitif Style Serves & Draft CocktailS

- Ground Floor -

THE BAMBOO BAR IS OPEN FROM 3PM

Our ground-floor Bamboo Bar is an ode to the ‘Bamboo’ aperitif. Inspired by the classic cocktail, guests can enjoy a range of apertif style serves, showcasing various expressions of sherry and vermouth.

Also on offer are draft cocktails, freshly made each day by our highly skilled bartenders.

With outdoor seating and great people-watching, it's ideal for spontaneous drinks or relaxed afternoon bites. We welcome bookings but always keep space for walk-ins—drop by and see what's pouring.

A table set with a plate of sliced vegetable bread, two glasses of pink drinks with ice and leaf garnish, a bowl of mixed olives and pickled vegetables, and a glass of water with ice and a leaf. The table has yellow napkins, silverware, and a black knife on a yellow napkin.
A woman in a teal dress drinks a beverage at a restaurant table with food and drinks. A man with glasses, a beige blazer, and a yellow apron is seated next to her, reaching for something on the table. There are plates of food, glasses, and utensils on the table, and a large green plant in the background.
