THE BAMBOO BAR IS OPEN FROM 3PM

Our ground-floor Bamboo Bar is an ode to the ‘Bamboo’ aperitif. Inspired by the classic cocktail, guests can enjoy a range of apertif style serves, showcasing various expressions of sherry and vermouth.

Also on offer are draft cocktails, freshly made each day by our highly skilled bartenders.

With outdoor seating and great people-watching, it's ideal for spontaneous drinks or relaxed afternoon bites. We take group bookings, but otherwise this is a space for walk-ins—drop by and see what's pouring.
