The Restaurant harks back to the Oriole of old, with a similar feel and layout.

Our á la cartè food menu celebrates the fusion cuisines of Latin America, taking inspiration from Nikkei (Peruvian-Japanese), Argentine-Italian and regional Mexican traditions.

Expect flavour combinations that showcase the ubiquitous global influences on the continent’s cuisines.

DRINK

Of course it wouldn’t be Oriole without our world-famous cocktails.

Inspired by the adventure-seeking Oriole bird itself, the drinks draw on distinctive imbibing traditions from around the world, combining different ingredients and techniques in a series of unique serves. Look out for a few of Oriole’s classic signature serves too.

We also have a small, but bespoke wine list, alongside an array of Champagnes and high quality spirits.
