On Monday the 28th of November, we will round off our celebration of Oriole’s themes of exploration, history and adventure, with our final bar takeover. We’re delighted to be welcoming Ruby, an institution in the Danish cocktail industry and the recipient of much international acclaim.

Michael Hajiyianni and Edoardo Leali are travelling from Copenhagen to present four cocktails from Ruby’s current menu, alongside four of Oriole’s latest offerings from the menu we launched over the summer.

Ruby opened in 2007, situated in an 18th-century townhouse in Nybrogade, the oldest part of Copenhagen and the birthplace of the Danish Spirit Producers. Since then it has been turning out some of the city’s most creative and well-wrought libations. It's no surprise that Ruby’s reputation precedes it.

We’re also super grateful for support from our friends at The Macallan, Haku Vodka, Roku Gin, Laphroaig, and Courvoisier Cognac, who are helping us make this amazing partnership happen and whose delicious spirits will be in the four guest cocktails.
