The Jazzberries play vintage swing & foot-tapping Post-Modern Jukebox jazz versions of pop songs.  They played Elton John’s White Tie & Tiara Ball, and in 2011 opened up Nightjar Shoreditch — London’s top speakeasy.  Led by double bassist Jonny Gee (King Salsa, Cleo Laine, Gypsy Dynamite) and singer-pianist John Watson (whose credits include Lee John, Imagination, Mica Paris, Salena Jones & Sister Sledge) this band has toured the UK, Europe & Antipodes, and is regularly broadcast worldwide on BBC Radio.
